The lot abuts the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge at the rear with great views from the first and second floor sunroom.

You’ll have access to two lovely beaches.
Hill Beach is a bay beach that is a five-minute walk from your front door. This beach offers a lot of good walking, exploring and fishing off the jetty where the Saco River empties into the Atlantic.
You can see Old Orchard Beach fireworks on Thursday evenings during the summer from the beach too!
Looking for a change of venue? Just a 10 minute car ride or a 15-20 minute bike ride gets you to Biddeford Pool and Fortune Rocks beach. (Parking permits for ocean side beaches must be purchased at the lots).
About the area, Hills Beach Road is a 2-mile dead end street that initially brings you through the lovely campus of the University of New England before turning completely residential.
The street and area are nice for running, walking, and biking.
Lots of great restaurants in Biddeford including one in nearby Biddeford Pool Goldthwaite's/Pool Lobster where you will find a SPECTACULAR view of Wood Island Light house to enjoy while eating a meal or having an ice cream cone.
Cottage on the Marsh which is also located on the property is currently rented but do check with us if you’re interested in seeing if this little gem becomes available.
Sea Esta in Hills Beach
Three bedroom/two bath with maximum occupancy 6 (can flex to 8 w/small children with prior approval.)
The driveway can accommodate four cars. There is no on street parking on Hills Beach Road.
First floor: Two bedrooms (queen beds), full kitchen, full bath, washer/dryer, living room, eat in kitchen and sunroom.
Second Floor: Main suite style bedroom (queen bed) with an ensuite that has a deck that can seat 4 with a partial ocean view View of the ocean.
Also, a partial view of the Marsh.
Each bed has a set of sheets, two pillows and a quilt. Bath towels included and are for indoor use only. Please bring your own beach towels and chairs
Outdoor open shower for rinsing off that sand (shared with Cottage).

We provide Wi-Fi as well as YouTube TV via Roku where you can also access you the streaming services you subscribe to at home.
We provide a gas grill, picnic table, and outdoor fire pit.
