Upon entering The Little Saylor to your right is a TV room with the big picture window.in front of the sofa. Walking past the washer /dryer. Off from the TV room is a bedroom with Queen size bed. With private bath.
A small kitchen with all the necessary items needed to cook a New England dinner.

Next to the dinning area is a small conversation room and the stairs that will take you up to the other bedrooms.
Upstairs is bedroom 2 one with a Full size bed. Upstairs bathroom
