New to our website in "Biddeford Pool"
The O'Sullivan House is the old New England home. Past down through generations. Located on 4th Street to houses back from the ocean. A land trust path that runs along side the house takes you to the sandy beach.
You cannot get any better than this home with its walking location to everything. 3 Bedrooms, two upstairs and one in the basement. One full bath upstairs and a bathroom with sink and toilet off from the kitchen.
The backyard has a fire pit for evening s'mores.
Here are two views of this wonderful retro kitchen! Yes that is a turquoise stove and pink counter tops. There is a dishwasher! This is a small kitchen that is very well equipped with all pots and pans etc.
The flip side of the kitchen shows the downstairs bathroom.
Tucked a way dining room would be outside of the kitchen and part of the living room!
My goal here is to give you feeling of how the dining room and living room melt together.
Upstairs are two bedrooms.
First Bedroom : Twin Beds Master bedroom with sitting area Queen bed

Upstairs bathroom with a shower no bath tub.
Basement bedroom with queen size bed. Nice and cool in the summer.
The O'Sullivan house coming from the days of dark paneling was a sign of wealth surrounded by all the knickknacks from friends and loved ones!
